If you have an integration with an HR system and you import the team members through by synchronising the systems, it can happen that someone is added to Eitje as a duplicate. This is caused by the fact that this team member's email address in the HR system is different from the one in Eitje.
This can cause problems when exporting hours or updating the contract information, so it is important that this is solved.
How to solve this for Nmbrs?
Go to 'Team' and open on the profile that came in from Nmbrs (not the profile that is in use already in Eitje, that might already have shifts and registered hours).
Click 'Edit' on top of the page.
Add something to the email address to make it invalid, and save.
βExample: OLDexample@eitje.appGo to 'Other' in the menu on the left, and find the Nmbrs-ID. Cut this out, so that the field is empty. Make sure to save this ID: you'll need it later.
Exit this screen, and open the profile that has already been in use in Eitje. Click 'Edit'.
Go to 'Other' and paste the Nmbrs-ID in the corresponding field. Click 'Save'.
Go back to the Team page, find the 'Tools' button (top right), and click 'Sync team members'.
After the sync, refresh the page and you will see that all contracts and profile information have now been added to the correct account.
The wrong account can now be marked as inactive.
How to solve this for Loket?
Go to 'Team' and open on the profile that came in from Loket (not the profile that is in use already in Eitje, that might already have shifts and registered hours).
Click 'Edit' on top of the page.
Add something to the email address to make it invalid, and save.
