Link your payment details

You get a free trial period of 28 days to explore if Eitje fits your business. Still a fan after those 28 days? Great! Then it's time to link your invoice and payment details. You can do so by clicking on 'Click here' in the grey bar at the top of your screen.

A new screen opens, where you need to fill out your details.

Step 1: enter the company name, and the name and email address of the receiver. You can also enter multiple addresses here.

Step 2: in the next step, you can enter the address. This will appear on the invoices.

Step 3: you can put a signature with your mouse or trackpad. After signing, you can click 'Contract' to download a copy of the agreement.

Step 4: in the last step you're directed to Mollie. Via Mollie, you're requested to transfer €0,01 to Eitje's account. This is necessary to confirm your bank account details, and get approval from your bank. The direct debit is now activated.

Help, my account is shut down

When your free trial has expired, the account will be closed. No worries! You can still log in and activate the account by linking your payment details. Your information will also stay in the account, you will not lose it.

Choose your package

For Eitje, you can choose between three packages: 'Planning', 'Hours' and 'Clocking system'. Here, you'll find more information about the prices and the features per package. When signing the agreement, you automatically sign for the 'Hours' package. This does not mean that you cannot change the package you want to use.

  • If you decide to not use time registration, you can disable this feature after signing the contract. You will then not be invoiced for it. To do this go to the menu icon in the top right right > Company settings > Settings for time registration. Disable 'Time registration active'.

  • Do you want to use the complete package, with the time clocking system? Then you can activate the clocking system. Learn here how to do it.
