Piggy is a loyalty program that allows you to reward employees for their performance on the workfloor. For example, when an employee took a total of 1000 shifts, when someone is in the company for 12.5 years, or someone took many night shifts. In Piggy, you create certain rules to manage the rewards. The Piggy integration will automatically send the data needed to create such rules.
Which data is shared with Piggy?
Team members
First and last name
Date of birth
Contract type (fixed and flex)
Date of employment
Shifts
Start time
End time
Break
Type of shift (weekday or weekend)
Every day (late at night) the data is automatically shared to Piggy. You can see all synchronisations in the 'notifications' in the top right corner of Eitje. The sync cannot be done manually.
Activate the integration
The activation is done in Eitje:
In the menu on top, go to Data and select Integrations.
At the bottom of the page, you'll find the loyalty integrations including Piggy. If you already have an active integration on this page, click Add integration on the left.
Scroll to Piggy and click Add.
Enter the API key. You can find this in your Piggy account, where it's called Personal access token.
Click Activate integration.
Next, in the settings, you'll need to link the Piggy Shop(s) to your venue(s) in Eitje.
After activating Piggy, the team members and shifts will be synchronised immediately. You can see this in the 'notification' section in the top right corner of Eitje.
