➡️ Use the menu in the bottom right corner (three dots) and scroll to find 'Financial overview'.
In Eitje's app, you also have access to the financial overview. Here, you'll find the revenue, labour productivity, labour costs, and the labour costs percentage. The report shows both the forecast and the results for each day. You can learn more about these concepts here.
This overview is accessible for Admins and team members with the role 'Financial'.
You can find the total revenue, as well as per revenue group, in case you have created any.
At the top, you select the date.
The numbers on the left represent the actual results, while the numbers on the right (in grey) show the forecasted figures.
Tap the + icon on top to sync your revenue (in case you have a POS integration), or manually enter or modify the revenue for that day.
If you notice any numbers displayed in red, it indicates that they have exceeded the cost target you set. This may apply to both actual and forecasted figures.
💡 Tip: By using Eitje's clocking system, and combining it with a POS system integration, you get live insights into your labour costs compared to your revenue. This allows you to make immediate adjustments if necessary.
