In the financial analysis, you will find the following data: revenue, labour productivity, labour costs, labour cost budget, and and labour cost percentage.
Where to find this data?
Web version: on top of the page, where you see the dates. Use the 'Show' button to make labour cost information, like the labour cost budget, appear.
Web version: at the bottom of both the Planning- and Hours-page. Planning shows you the forecast and the Hours the actual results. If you do not see the revenue, please check if Revenue is activated under 'Show' > 'Seperate rows' in the upper right corner.
App: via the menu in the upper left corner you can click on 'Financial report'.
Through an export: you can also export the financial data to an excel file. There're three options for this: a ready-made export, a library-export (which you can modify) or a custom-made export.
Under the red question mark, you will find an explanation of what you are seeing.
Revenue
There are two types of revenue that you can view: the revenue forecast in the schedule, and the revenue result in the time registration.
Labour productivity
You use the labour productivity to see how much revenue was generated per worked hour.
The calculation is as follows: Revenue / Number of hours
Example: You have β¬ 2.000 in revenue. In total, your team members worked 40 hours that day. This means your labour productivity is β¬ 50 (2000 / 40 = 50).
Labour productivity shows as "AP" in Eitje.
Labour costs
Team members have a gross hourly salary in their contracts. However, as an employer, you pay more than just the gross salary; you also cover employer charges. These are included in the labour costs.

Labour cost budget
With a projected revenue, you can find a labour cost budget in your planning. Based on the scheduled shifts for that day it will show when you are exceeding the budget. Good to know you can add another shift, or perhaps better not. For this to work, you need to set up a labour cost target. Apart from that it'd be useful to set up multiple revenue groups as well.
You find this information on the planning, on top of the page by each date. To have this shown, use the 'Show' button. Click on a revenue group for more details, as in the example below.
Labour cost percentage
After calculating the total sum of labour costs, you can also calculate how this relates to the revenue.
The calculation is as follows: Labour costs of all team members * 100 / Revenue
You can enter a target value for the labour costs percentage. If the labour costs exceed the figure you set, the numbers will turn red on the schedule and time registration. Read here about how to set this.
