If you'd like to see your revenue in Eitje and have this update automatically, an integration with NTF will be very useful. It also allows you to compare the revenue to your labour cost, and to see a forecast in the planning.
Activate integration
To activate the integration, use 'Data' in the main menu on top to navigate to 'Integrations'. Click 'Add' where you see the NTF logo.
You will only need your 'Store ID'. This has 6 digits and can be found in your NTF account.
Connect venue
Now that the integration has been added, you will need to connect your venue. If you're not still on the page, then use 'Data' in the main menu on top to navigate to 'Integrations' to find the NTF integration.
Use the button with the three dots and choose 'Configure'.
In the first field you see the name of your venue with three dots underneath. Click this field to select the NTF account you wish to connect to this venue.
If anything shows that you do not wish to connect, make sure to select it under 'Inactive'. Nothing should remain unselected.
Now your NTF account has been connected to your Eitje account, allowing you to retrieve the revenue.
Retrieve revenue (sync)
As soon as your integration is activated, Eitje will retrieve the revenue from NTF every hour.
After connecting the first time, Eitje will also retrieve the revenue for the last four weeks. This can be useful for a revenue forecast on your planning.
Do you want more revenue history, from longer than a month ago? Then follow these steps:
In the main menu on top, go to 'Hours' and open the page 'Hours per team member'.
Navigate to the week you want to add revenue to.
Scroll down until you see the revenue section. Does it not show? Check the 'Show' button and select the revenue there if needed.
On the bottom of the page, in the revenue section, click '€ Revenue'.
Here you need to click the 'Sync' button for each day.
Alternatively, you could add the revenue manually for each day, or import the revenue with an Excel file. Learn more.
Issues and errors
If there are any issues, this should show under 'Notifications' in the top right of your screen. If there is no clear error message, the issue is likely to be caused by the following:
NTF system is not on. Turn it on for NTF to connect to Eitje. If turned off, it's not connected, and the revenue cannot be retrieved.
Account changes. Perhaps the Store ID you used to activate the integration has changed. In this case connection will be lost. There could also be other changes to your NTF account. To solve this, we recommend contacting NTF to verify your account.
