You can export a lot of data from your account. This is useful for your salary administration, for example.
When would you export data to Excel?
You would like an overview of the personal data of your team members.
Every month you send all worked hours to your accountant.
You want an overview of the leave requests of your team members.
You want an overview of all the planned shifts of the next month.β
There are different ways to export daya: ready-made Excels, the templates and custom-made Excels that you put together yourself.
β
Go to 'Data' in the main menu on top of the page to find these options.
Ready-made Excels
For the planning, time registration and labour costs we created some ready-made Excels that you can download immediately. Here you find the most common and useful files. You can apply some filters like contract type and select the period, but other than that you cannot personalise them because of the custom layout. Learn all about it here.

Custom Excels
With this option you can put together your own file. You select which data you need in Excel. This article will explain how to select the data, how to organise the columns and format, and how to export the data to Excel.
Templates
When creating a custom Excel you will get the option to use templates. These are exactly like custom Excels, but we've put these together for you to help you get started. The difference from a ready-made Excel is that these files are editable so you can add or remove any data. Read more about the templates in this article.
