Trade requests, open shift requests, and leave requests need to be handled continuously. Therefore, Eitje offers a useful overview of these requests under 'Tasks', in the top right corner.
Here you will find these pending requests listed. Underneath, you can click "Show all tasks" after which this overview will be shown:
From here, you can directly handle these requests.
Trade requests
'Traded and open shifts' - When two team members want to swap their shifts, you will find this request here, in case it requires approval. You can either approve or decline these requests. Whether this requires approval or not, is a setting.

Open shifts
'Traded and open shifts' - In this same overview, you will also find open shifts when someone offers to pick up that shift. This gives you the opportunity to accept the shift request, or to stop the system from offering that shift to team members.

Leave requests
The last task you'd find in this overview, is the pending leave requests.
