When logging into the web version (web.eitje.app), you find your own profile here:
Go to 'Team' in the main menu on top.
Click 'My profile'.
Your profile opens on a page with your basic personal details. On the left you see a menu with all the options that are explained in this article.
Profile
When you open your profile you will see your basic personal details with your picture, name, email address, date of birth, home address, and the time clock PIN for the clocking system. There are two other options on this page:
Click 'All details' on top of the page to access your personal settings and to find more personal information which can be changed or added. Below you find an explanation of the details.
Apart from that, there is a button 'Sync calendar'. This allows you to have your scheduled shifts automatically appear in your personal calendar. It's is only possible for your own shifts, not for the entire team for example. This article explains how to set this up, also by using the app.
For more details, click 'All details' on top of the page. Apart from your personal details, this also allows you to change your personal settings:
Information: Profile picture, name, date of birth, e-mail address, phone number, emergency contact (ICE). This can all be edited here.
Address: Here you can add or change your home address.
Language: Change to Dutch, or change to English.
Password: While you are logged in you can change your password here. This can be very useful when you got logged out of the app but still logged in on the web version.
Notifications: Enable or disable e-mail notifications for new scheduled shifts, or push notifications for your browser. For push notifications on your phone, check the settings in the app.
Teams
In this part of your profile you can see the teams you've been added to. If your employers has multiple venues, you can also see which venues you are part of.
Contracts
If your employer keeps your contracts in Eitje, you can find your current contract here as well as previous contracts.
Availability
Your availability can be updated in the app, but if you prefer you can also do it in the browser version. Follow these instructions:
First, select the week in the top left corner.
On top of the screen, you can add the number of days you wish the work that week.
Now, for each day, you can update your availability.
If the day shows as grey and is not editable, this means your employer no longer allows changes to your availability for that day.
You can also set up a template if your availability is often the same. By loading the template, updating your availability for the week is much quicker.
Submit hours
When logged into Eitje's web version, you have the option to submit your worked hours as a team member. You cannot see any approved hours, or your sick and leave hours, it only allows you to submit worked hours.
In this overview, you can see your hours from the past six months that have not yet been approved.
The hours with the oldest date are on top, although you can reverse the order.
As soon as you submit worked hours, the status will change to 'pending' (orange). When they are approved, they will disappear from this overview.

Leave
This is an overview of all your leave requests, both upcoming and past, including approved and declined requests. You can also create a new leave request to ask for a day off or holiday, just like in the app.
Functions
If your employer works with 'functions', this section shows the functions assigned to you. It also displays the required components, so you can see whether any components are missing for a function to be assigned to you.
Trainings
Here you’ll find your trainings. You can see which trainings you still need to complete and start them right away. For trainings you’ve already completed, you can also view the results. The trainings can be done in the app as well.
Overtime and leave balance
These options link to the full overview of balances, which requires certain permissions. If you don’t have those permissions, the options are greyed out and unavailable.
If your balance is being tracked, you can always find your current balance in 'My profile' in the app. More details about your leave balance are available under 'My leave' in the app.
