Guide: Team member - Your profile

Find out what information you can find and edit in your profile.

In the app you can find your profile in the menu in the top left corner. Tap 'Profile' to open.

  • Haven’t logged in or activated your profile yet? Do this first: Activate profile.


Personal information

When you open your profile in the app, you will find the following information:

  • Name and address

  • Date of birth

  • Bank account number

  • ICE (emergency contact number)

  • National ID number (e.g. BSN in the Netherlands, RRN in Belgium, DNI in Spain, etc.)

To add or update any of these details, tap 'Edit profile' at the top of your screen.


Contract information

Just below your personal information, you can find your contract details - if they've been added by your employer. If applicable, your overtime and leave balances will also be shown.

  • Start and end date of contract

  • Contract type

  • Hourly wage

Overtime balance

This reflects your balance as of the end of yesterday (23:59 / 11:59pm). It only applies to employees with fixed-hours contracts. For more detailed information, contact your employer.

Leave balance

This is your recorded leave balance as of the end of the previous day. It is shown only if leave tracking has been configured and activated by your employer. For additional information, please contact your employer.
