Scheduled maintenance takes place every now and then. Usually Eitje is unavailable for a brief moment, for example, when an update is being released.
On Monday 28 September, a larger maintenance will take place. On that day Eitje is completely unavailable from 04:00am to 07:00am. This means no user will be able to log in during those hours, even if you're the Admin or a Manager. This concerns Eitje's web version, the app, as well as the clocking system.
The chosen time for this maintenance should make sure very few users are impacted. However, we are aware that some people work night shifts or very early morning shifts. During these hours they cannot use the app the check their shift, and they will not be able to clock in or out.
Inform your team in time in case this applies to them. If any questions before then, please let us know.
