Save schedule as template

Templates make it easy to reuse your previously made schedule.

Create schedules faster with templates. You can use both day templates and week templates. After creating a schedule, you can choose to 'Save as template', and in an empty week you can choose to 'load template'. It will save you a lot of time!

For example:

  • Create a template for the team members that always work standard shifts.

  • Create a template with only open shifts, if they are not always picked up by the same person, but do occur on the same days.

  • Add break times, notes, meals, and other details to the shifts in the templates, so you don't need to add them manually to the schedule.
