Does your availability look more or less the same each week? In that case, you could use the availability template.
You can create this template in the app or through your profile in the web version. If you have the role of Admin or Manager, you can also create the availability template for your team members.
Availability template in the web version
At the top of the page, go to 'Team' and choose 'My profile'.
As an Admin or Manager you can open any team member's profile instead.In the menu on the left, go to 'Availability'.
In the top right, you find the option 'Template'. Click 'Edit'.
First, you can indicate the number of shifts (days) you want to work per week. This is not mandatory.
Then, add your availability for each day. Click 'Save' for each day before continuing.
In case you select 'Partly available', you need to enter the timeframe in which you are unavailable.
Add a comment.
⚠️ Note: It may be mandatory to add a comment when selecting the status 'Unavailable', depending on the availability settings.Click 'Back' and go to the week where you want to apply the template.
Go to 'Template' and choose 'Load'. You availability for that week will automatically be updated. You can do this for any week in the same way.
You might be asked if you want to override the current availability, if anything was previously submitted.
Availability template in app
Use the menu in the top left corner.
Go to 'Requests'.
Go to 'Availability template'.
At the top, you can indicate 'shifts in week' (how many days a week you want to work). This step is not mandatory.
Tap each day to set the availability. Add a note if needed.
⚠️ Note: It may be mandatory to add a note when selecting the status 'Unavailable', depending on the availability settings.Make sure you tap 'Save' for each day, before going to the next day, and repeat this for each day.
Now, go to 'Requests' again, then to 'Availability'. Navigate to the week for which you want to use the template and choose 'Insert your template'.
