You can't see all your shifts of feel like some are missing? It's good to know that there could be different reasons for this.
Shifts are not published
Team members can only see shifts in the schedule that have been published. An unpublished shift can be recognised by the word 'draft' next to in the app or by the red 'P' next to the shift on the web version. Only managers and admins can see unpublished shifts.Team member has multiple employers
If you have more than one employer in Eitje, and they are not related to each other, you have to switch organisation to see the shifts of the other employer. If you work at multiple locations that belong to the same organisation, you should be able to see all the shifts in the My shifts tab in the app, or on the schedule.
Data is not up-to-date
It can always help to refresh the page in your browser, or if you are using the app: fully close the app and reopen it (no need to log out). This refreshes all data and ensures that you see the most up-to-date version of the schedule.Wrong date or year
Sometimes by accident you end up on the wrong date, often that's the wrong year. So please double-check your date selection.
If the above points do not lead to a solution, feel free to contact us. We will then have a look with you to figure out why you cannot see all your shifts.
