In this guide we explain the most important features that you, as a team member in Eitje, should know. Once you are done with one section of the guide, you can navigate to the next or previous section at the bottom of the page.

Get started

You should have received an invitation email to activate your Eitje account. If you did not receive the email, no problem: You can simply log in with your email address - just make sure you use the email address your employer added to Eitje.

You can activate your profile on the website, but most team members use the app on their phone. Download the app here:

Log in with the email address that was added by your employer, and choose a password if it's your very first time logging into Eitje to activate your profile. Once logged in you're all set!

Language

If Eitje is set to Dutch, and you prefer to have it in English, use the menu icon (three dots) in the bottom right corner. Under 'Instellingen' you can find the option to switch to English.

Multiple employers or venues

In case you use Eitje for more than one location, or even multiple employers, you can keep that in one profile, so you do not need to log out and back in all the time. In this case it is very important you are added to each location (venue) with the same email address.

In case of multiple unrelated employers, you do need to switch 'company' within the app. You can find this in the menu on the bottom right, then tap the company on the very top:
