Would you like to trade shifts with someone? Or are you looking for someone who can take over your shift? This is how it works:
Go to 'Shifts' (clock icon, bottom left).
Open the shift you want to swap.
Choose 'Trade my shift'
Now pick either 'Search for replacement' or 'Trade my shift'.
Search for replacement
Choose this option to find out if any of your teammates is available and willing to take over your shift. You can select the team members you want to ask. If they've already been scheduled that day, or are off sick or on leave, they won't show as an option.
Trade my shift
When you go for this option, you can see which shifts are available to swap with. In this way, you only need to deal with one colleague. This is specifically useful if you've already discussed it with that person.
Keep in mind that you can only swap a shift if:
You are in the same team that this shift is scheduled for.
The other person has the same function, if applicable for this shift.
The other person has not yet been scheduled during those hours.
⚠️ Note: If you and your colleague have both accepted the trade request, it is possible that your manager still needs to approve it.
Pending requests
To find your pending requests, use the menu in the bottom right corner. Under 'Trade and pick up' you find 'My current requests'.
